Meet Mel
I am a fully qualified Fitness Coach, a certified SH1FT Coach, Level 1 & Level 2 Powerwave Coach, a Master Powerwave Coach and currently the only qualified Powerwave Junior Active Coach in Wales! I am also a qualified Official Spin® Instructor, a certified Les Mills GRITT and BodyPump Coach and a level 4 NASM Certified Nutrition Coach.
I'm extremely passionate about helping others discover a stronger and healthier version of themselves by taking control of their health, fitness and nutrition. I feel extremely fortunate to work in a field that positively impacts people’s lives and I thoroughly enjoy working with people, using my skills, knowledge and experience to guide and help clients achieve their health and fitness goals.
I offer a wide variety of services to suit all training styles and fitness abilities, from 1-2-1 strength and conditioning sessions, small group training sessions, group fitness sessions for both adults and juniors as well as nutrition coaching. These services are offered in person at our studio at Unit 12, Trident Business Park, Llangefni, Anglesey LL77 7BB.
Making Exercise Fun
I am an open and approachable person with a fun and welcoming personality, this is reflected in my fitness sessions. I am proud to say that I offer fun, friendly and challenging fitness sessions for all regardless of whether you're a beginner or a more advanced trainer.
In order to see changes you must be consistent and in order to do that you must enjoy what you're doing. Having fun is something I feel is essential when embarking on a health and fitness journey, setting good habits and staying healthy and consistent.

I understand that incorporating new habits into your daily routine can be difficult therefore my goal is to change your view on fitness and nutrition, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
